Hurricane Festival/Germany/Pt II

If I was into love heart symbols, I would be typing about 60 of them.

I have been lucky enough to cross many bands of my “live music bucket list” over the last decade. However, seeing Band of Horses play live would have to rank in my top 5 highlights. I haven’t actually made a Top 5 list, but Band of Horses have a guaranteed spot in it, right next to Neil Young. There is something overwhelming about seeing one of your favourite bands play live for the first time, only to find that it’s all that you hoped it would be and more. 

I realise that the way I’m talking about it makes it sound as though I went to see them play recently. I did not. It’s just one of those experiences that I hold dear in my memory. 

Wow… and to think that this was supposed to be a single sentence caption. I have a tendency to be be verbose when it comes to talking about things I love.
